All bookings are strictly non-refundable. However, where availability permits, we will gladly offer an alternative time slot if you are unable to attend your original booking.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your booking, and a new booking will need to be purchased should you wish to visit again.

Refunds will only be issued in the event that Pooches Playground cancels your booking, or in exceptional circumstances where a refund has been agreed in advance at our discretion.

Please note that any rescheduled booking must be used within one week of the original appointment date. If the rescheduled slot is not taken within this timeframe, it will be forfeited.
