Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable, but alternative slots will be offered where available. However, 24hrs notice is required otherwise you will unfortunately loose your slot and would have to repurchased if you’d like to visit again. Refunds will only be given if pooches playground have cancelled your booking, or if agreed otherwise. Rescheduled slots have to be made within 1 week otherwise unfortunately you will loose your slot.
